Went to celebrate Louisa's birthday today...
All girls went except Yixin and Xinee went.
We went to have our lunch at Botak Jones...
The Fish and Chips was quite nice and the fries were different... nice lunch...
but it was too big a portion... nice place...
Then XiangFeng went for her Interact and Caroline went home to do her stuff...
So left the 5 of us to go Orchard to watch a movie...
We went around shopping first as the movie only start at 4.25pm...
Then Pearlyn went to meet her sister and left the 4 of us...
So we shopped and walked around...
Then it was time for the movie... Paid 6 bucks for it only.. quite worth it...
The movie ' Sky of Love ' ( i think) is touching and nice... quite a number of people cried in the cinema... hmm... some even cried quite loud... scary...
At first i thought we were watching a ghost movie... some parts looked like parts of a ghost movie... hahas...
In all, it was a nice movie... didn't regret going with them to watch it and sacrificing my sleep...
So catch it while it is still in cinema!!! hahas...
Well, still not sure want to retake Chinese... everyone in my class passed... and if i retake, i am the only one who retake it... the first problem is whether people who passed are allowed to retake the paper...
Whether to retake or not should be the individual's choice... It should be up to the individual and not anyone else. Chinese is still important no matter minor it is. I still treat Chinese as an important subject and that is why i am still deciding whether want to retake the paper. The point i want to tell is that people should still treat Chinese as an important subject. We can retake Chinese 3 times and why not make full use of the 3 opportunities you have? And you could get a better grade. Who Knows?
Hmm. So should i really retake? I 'll be all alone. Digging up all the chinese compositions, dictionaries, textbook... staying back in school after lessons for chinese lessons when everyone can go home... carrying a burden with me till the exam... stressed with a subject i hated. A burden.
But, most important of all is that if i really decide to retake, i am giving myself a second chance to proove that i can do it despite hating the subject. Not everything in the world have a second chance... since there is now, why not?
Despite saying all these, i still don't feel like retaking... i really hated this subject and having to face it for 2 more months is a torture. Regrets.
