working was fine this week...more things to be done although its quite boring. doing the same thing over and over again.
well... i want to be extended. so that the hassle of finding another job, sending resumes, going to interviews will be saved. the only bad thing is that i can't learn other things other than accounts, which i think i am also not learning much from this company. hmm. must give a thought to whether i really want to be extended. more pay. CPF? not sure.
my colleagues are fine. although the aunties keep gossiping ( not sure if its about me? eh. no, pls. ), they still care about me. i think. but i am not sure if they are that type of " xiao li chang dao " ( in mandarin ) of people.
i was given more work than what i am supposed to do. my company has several smaller groups. so actually i am supposed to do work for only 1 or 2 groups, but now, i do for like 3 groups. and the person who gave me work THINKS that i know everything and has nothing to do. just tell me to do this, without telling me HOW. what a wonderful person. don't forget i am only a temp, a newbie. its feels terrible doing work for this person: you don't know whether you will be scolded for nothing.
but i feel touched when my colleague and one of the aunties helped me when this person gave me work. so, this give me another reason to stay beyond my contract ( if possible ).
hopefully, everything will go as what i expected.
tuition. i got 2 tuition kids. and now i had only 1. the reason? one of them don't want me. what a failure am i. can't even teach properly. this incident makes me reflect on whether i am capable of teaching other people. i had embarked on this tuition thing just to earn more $ and perhaps get some experience. and now, i really had some. experience, i mean.
hopefully, i can carry on with the other one. this tuition fee can be used to pay for many things. extra allowance. i can do it. :)
fun. went out with toh guan club on thursday to celebrate fenglan's birthday. :)
it has been ages since we last met up. like 1 1/2 years ago. we went fish n co. after sitting for a while, we felt that it was not good, leaving the place was on our mind, but it was too embarrassing to do so, so we stayed on. the meal was very very full... aww. the seafood platter for two can be shared among 3 persons. but it was a nice gathering. laughter was heard everywhere.
hopefully, we can meet up more. :)
went out with PRB on friday too... DOME at marina square. i didn't ate because i was quite full, partly because of the super full meal yesterday, makes me feel like not eating anything. laughter too. after that, went to walk around and sat near the singapore river. took photos... chatted.
sat near the floating platform later. it was a nice gathering too. because we had not met for quite some time. xy,yl,hy stayed overnight there... aww. i wanted to but... haiz. nevermind.
anyway, hope we can meet up once every 2 weeks? :)
super scared. will it come true?

aww...
i don't really like to go for tuition. like don't want to face the kids. quite sick of going there though its only a few lessons.
what to do? i think i really don't know how to teach.
but i have already taught for a few lessons... i think i will continue to teach ( do my best ) till their parents don't want me to be the tutor.
must not waste my effort and ' ban tu er fei ' .
argh.

tuition just started not long ago...
i went for 2 lessons for one and 1 lesson for another one so far...
teaching english was tough... primary 6 english is getting tougher. more difficult words. and it is very paiseh if u do not know the meaning of the words when the student ask u. really don't know where to hide the face. aww. must learn more new words now.
science is also getting more tough. all kinds of stuff.
maths is also the same...
although some may say tuition is easy money, we must put in effort... hard work.
hopefully, the students won't find me lousy in teaching... aww.

went for the NTU 's talk on saturday...
it is quite useful...helped me to know more about the courses that i wanted to apply for...
really a good thing. makes me more excited to get into the course.
i think this should be opened to other students, perhaps JC2 students doing their A lvls too, so that they will be more enthusiastic about getting better grades and get into the course they want... but i think this event is already open to other students, haha, just that if i am a JC2 student, i think i will not know about this talk.
hopefully, something that will change my future will be great.
having dreams about that...
i really want to get into the course i want. it's really interesting and exciting.

Happy birthday to someone yesterday!!!

work was more tiring today, and stressful.
ask when in doubt. yes, but when u ask too many times, it has become an irritating thing, be it for the person who asked or the person who was asked.
fortunately, the person i asked was a bit patient, although i could sense the irritation caused by my questions.
i worked OT again, for the second time in the 1 1/2 months i joined this company... another 4 hours... :) but this time, OT was much more tough. i had been staring into the computer screen for more than 6 hours today... and now i am, again. very strenous. eyes are tired, but have to finish the stuff... but i didn't. aww. one thing is because the boss wanted to lock the computer, another one is that i am tired too... or else at least have 5 hours la. haha.
well. it is great. free transport home, free dinner. PIZZA HUT!!! long time didn't eat PIZZA!!! but it wasn't very nice TO ME... hmm.
anyway, there may be OT again tmr...hopefully. another 4 hours. haha. :)
driving has to go on!!! at least twice a week! or else the evaluation can't be done in time!!!

work was okay these 2 days...
i got free transport back to je library again yesterday, but not today... i guess the driver was late again. so i think i won't have any free transport home again... its ok. :)
anyway, i got a part time job as a tutor!!!
and i got an assignment just 30 mins after i contracted the person!!! haha. hopefully i can manage... no experience... a primary 6 kid, english,math and science... this saturday starting...
the pay is... hmm. ok i think. for me who has no experience.

it is a bit late now because the course will take around 6 months, depending on the schedule...
hmm... was a bit regretful that i didn't sign up straight after exams...
anyway, i hope i can at least finish the theory and some practical lessons from now till june...

This week had been quite a wonderful week... i thought it would be a tiring week because the CNY atmosphere is still there.
monday and tuesday is still as usual, except that i am helping a person who had just came back from her leave... which is not under my job scope. well. learn more things then. the bus-driver also sent me to JE library so that i can walk home from there and save my 70cents. :) and this made him late for his next trip... opps. but i heard that he won't be sending me there anymore... or else he will be late again. nvm. its ok. at least he tried.
there is a buffet lunch party on wednesday... LO HEI!!! quite nice. everyone in the department lo hei together... the yusheng was nice too. after lo hei, there was free lunch!!! haha. so all of us went to queue up. very long queue. wah. some of them took a lot of food so that we can share later. haha. nice. we ate together... chatted. talked about the 12 animals. who is born in which year... blah blah. at least i get to know more about my colleagues and found out more about their character. there was lion dance after lunch too. very nice. orange lions! haha. i touched the lions... :) they also gave us some numbers for 4D. our department wanted to chip in together to buy the number... it was said that everyone was supposed to pay $26. but since it is too expensive, we decided to buy on our own. well.
the bus-driver also purposely drive near the taxi-stand where the JP bus was, so that i can run to the bus in time... haha. thanks. another 70 cents saved.
on thursday... i went back to help AP stuff because the closing for AP is nearing... there were not many people for AP too. so the whole day i did AP stuff... and i stay OT for the FIRST time!!! haha. there were free dinner!!! KFC! WOW! this is the first time that i ate till so shuang... because its FREE! lol. :) we chatted a bit too... it was quite fun. we stayed till around 9.15pm and had free transport back!!! took a merc cab home!!! the trip home was very fast and smooth... but didn't got the $ yet... the petty cash person said it will take longer...
on friday... as usual, i did AP stuff. time flies... and it was soon lunch time... the boss( or the company ) treated us lunch at a restaurant ( thai something ) near the SUPERBOWL... WOW!!! should have taken some photos... very very nice. the sharks' fin is SUPERB!!! the bowl is the size of a claypot!!! i have not eaten such a big bowl of premium shark's fin in my whole life till yesterday!!! and the sharks' fin is really premium... big big one. heard that one bowl cost $60. must go try one day!!! :) haha. the other dishes are vegetables with abalone, yusheng, vegetables with prawns, yeemian, meat, dessert. i think that's all... wonderful meal... haha. also get to know more about my colleagues...
i went to meet up with caroline and yixin after work ( actually can stay OT again, but becuase of them didn't stay and waste 4 hours of OT !!! haha! )... we went to clarke quay and walked around... went for some drinks after that. chatted and play big 2 ... listen to live band... we stayed till 10.45pm and make our way back to the mrt... we decided to meet up once every month. at least we kept in contact... that's a good thing.
hopefully, it will be the same case with PRB!!! :)

so this week, i saved on transport and lunch... haha. but, i don't think there will be any more free lunches for at least 2 months... well. heard that the lunch at the restaurant is held every quarter... will i still be in the company then? hmm.
although i know more about my colleagues, i still think they are very good actresses... can smile in ur face and then back-stab u... wonderful. can go join TCS(as said by someone)...
must be on my guard and don't do anything wrong...
